A-List Diets – Do They REALLY Work?

A-List Diets?

Come on, really?

Do they really work?

Yes, they certainly do!
If you can answer yes to the following questions then an A-List diet is for you!

  1. Do you have a personal trainer?

  2. Are you okay with spending a few hundred dollars a week on supplements?

  3. Do you have medical support on hand if you need it?

  4. Is it okay if you don’t go to work while you are on the diet?

  5. If you have children, do you have a full time nanny?

  6. Most of the foods on these diets are difficult to prepare for their correct nutritional values so you will need to have a full time chef or good cook to do this for you at every meal.

So, in short, you need to have a LOT of time and money on your hands for an A-List diet to actually work. So, unless you are actually on the “A-List”, don’t kid yourself! You probably won’t be able to afford the costs involved.

Let’s face it, celebrities are a different breed. They don’t have to front up to work each day like we do. Yes, they work, but if they get sick they are far less likely to be fired! (Or even if they are, they have a few million dollars to fall back on anyway). Quite simply, they don’t need to fill their bodies with as much energy as we do because they don’t use as much energy as we do!

It is amazing how much celebrities have influence over many peoples decisions. We like to buy the make-up they use. We like to wear the brands of clothing they wear. In many ways for many people, they are life’s role models. Which is quite sad, considering that many of them are not “in touch” with the real life. The life of a hard working person, where the work day is often 9 to 5, but we know the work doesn’t stop there! It’s then time to get home, cook dinner, wash, iron …

I think you would agree by now that we need so much more energy than celebrities right? So why would you risk emulating their low energy need lifestyle by eating the same way they do when they want to lose weight? Most “A-List” diets focus on starving the body of energy. Whilst this is the basic idea of a diet, doing this without proper medical supervision can be downright dangerous.

Find yourself a good diet and stick to it.
What you should look for in a diet is –

– Inexpensive

– Easy to follow

– Balanced

– Easy to prepare

– No supplements to purchase

This is not easy to do!
There are literally hundreds of diets on the market.

Remember, it’s YOUR body. Treat it with the respect it deserves.
Look after it and it will serve you well.
Your body is your temple, you have to live there all your life!
